Do 30% Dagger for ATT scrolls give 5 attack or 3 attack? Because I am really confused right now.

But there is a 107/17 Dusk Raven Beak, and this guy says he used 8 30% and a clean dusk raven is 85 attack, so shouldnt it be 125 attack instead of 107
