How do you draw on computer

I don't get how people draw on computer. I mean, on paint you can't create such straight lines, it's all stuffed up

as an experienced mouse user , i draw in ms paint with ONLY a mouse o.o' i could show you some of my art if you want . (there sonic style though , there like over a year old though)

you could also have a keyboard application that controls the mouse one pixel at a time.
