icarus cape 2 or pac?

for an aran what would be better a icarus cape 2 for the speed? or a pac for the power? im debating on which one to get and stats. dex or str?

The answer is obvious. PAC. You already have Combat Step, so 10+ speed doesn't matter.

well if u know the old trick with combat step the flash jump hax called thing ur fine without the speed and btw HI coconut!

Icarus Cape (2) is better than a PAC for sure. Even if you have Combat Step, using an Icarus Cape (2) will simply make u go as fast as combat step AND an aditional 10 speed. 10 Speed helps around as much as 4 W.Att while training (how much it helps your %/Hour). So unless you can get a 5+ Att PAC just stick w/ a Str IC2.
