What does having De ja vu mean?

Does it mean anything? or is it just a feeling? I get this atleast twice a day. Edit: I know what it is, I just don't know where it comes from. It's just so random. Edit: I guess I'm trying to say why does it happen.

deja vu happens when you are too stressed. Your brain gets signals from two senses at different reaction times and you process the second one, so you dont remember when youve sensed it the first time, but ur sure uve seen it. Ex. when you hear something then see it. If you aren't stressed, ur brain would complete the senses normally.
