Japanese Map vs. Lion Fang

I have a 71 attack clean Lion's Fang. I also have just purchased and 79 attack, 6 str, 2 dex, 0 slot, 1 hammer used Japanese Map. If I 100% the Lion's Fang, or get a 75 attack clean Lion's Fang and I 100% that, which will be better? State your opinion and why. I would just like to know.

No, it is Lion's Fang. The Tiger Fang is the SUPER DUPER CRAZY rare one. The one with the Black blade. But thank you for the opinion.

The Japanese map will be better. Way better. The Lion's Fang is Normal (6) in speed, whereas the Japanese Map is Fast (4) in speed. I believe the Lion's Fang would have to be an upwards of 95 ~ 105 attack to out-damage a 79 attack Japanese map. Of course, I could be wrong. It was a complete guess. It could be lower or higher. But in all situations, the Japanese Map is DEFINITELY the better choice of the two.

[/quote] The thread starter is talking about a Lion's Fang and a Japanese Map, not a Tiger's Fang. Either way, the Japanese Map is still better than the Tiger's Fang, because the Tiger's Fang is Fast (5), which is one speed slower than the Japanese Map.

Wouldn't it still come down to if you were training on monsters that you could one hit or not with the Lion's Fang? I mean basically if you could 1 hit monsters with a Lion's fang but only 2 hit them with the Jap Map for arguments sake, wouldn't the Lion's Fang be better for those specific monsters? But either way the Japanese Map would be better than the Tiger's fang for general use.

In both of those cases, the Japanese Map would be better, since you'd be attacking at a higher speed. Whether or not you hit in one or two hits doesn't matter if you're killing them off faster in mobs with one rather than the other. But for the sake of what this person is wanting, a 79 attack Japanese map would be better than his 78 and 85 attack Lion's Fangs.
