Is My Damage good for my level

Hi my name is Tuan and i have a lvl 132 bm and my attack is 4270 at max damage with out any buff. And i was wondering do you guys consider that is an okay damage?

he has roughly 2x the max dmg of a normal sniper then o.o i find that incredibly hard to believe, SS please?
