Hermits or rangers? Which can contribute more to the pq?

My Characters: iringer - 35 Bellocan Aran in Memory

It depends. Usually hermits are the better attackers, but rangers may have puppet to protect.

My Characters: Alolza - 83 Bera Wind Archer

Usually hermits, since they're needed for that one room where you need haste and tele.

there are other atkers id rather have the protected feeling then getting screwed on the last part and not getting the exp

Hermits also have haste, which is needed for the jump quest portion of the pq.

If they don't, then hermits basically have to lure, and any class can do that. Dark room stage? If you're talking about the one where you just kill monsters, Hermits are not NEEDED for that stage. Also, Wind Archers and Marauders can do the jump stage.
