Of all things you could steal... why would you steal panties?

A few days ago(more like yesterday) in my state, 2 people tipped a World War 2 Veteran out of his wheelchair, stole some medical certificates/documents, some items that add up to $20 and left him lying there, helpless. Panties are nothing compared to that.
