when should i go to wolf spider?

hey guys i'm 68 aran, with accuracy of 169. when i reach 70, should i go to wolf spider? or should i stay at windraiders? which would be the best source of exp? thanks~

Ws on 2x at lvl 70 is great plus the additional ilbi every now and then also hot but if u have combo crit training there gets easier plus you have bp so they shouldnt be so hard can you hit 100%?
