I'd say it's the safest place to be when the MWLB are on no summoning in fm at least i think so. On the other hand.. the free market is a place to do your own "thing."

Summary: We are FREE to set up our own prices... unlike NPC (who work for the government) where they have FIXED prices If you are wondering how does government (Nexon) play in the Free Market in MapleStory, that is simple... they make the events, we sell stuff that come from events. CSS and PCSS or Gold Boxes and Silver Boxes make prices go up or down. Also Mesos bags from Cash Shop help bring prices up or down.

When they say "Free", they don't mean "free" as in it costs nothing- $0.00 . They mean "free" as in "I'm free to do what I want! I can set my price at $1, or $100".
