I was using a lv 25 sword but then I hit lv 35. At this time, my damage range was like, 1XX to 3XX. I equip my lionsheart and it goes up to 200/300-500. I 100% scroll it and Now im almost hitting 1.3ks with Powerstrike. Did nexon beef up scrolls or something?

Good for you, TS! I love my DW too! I'm not hitting a ton atm, but I'm only level 22, but I've seen what higher level DWs can do while Dojoing with one on my Evan.
