Well, I have about 25k NX to spend (can be sold for 200-225m depending on the buyer) and I'm trying to find out the range of magic attack I can find on a scrolled Evil Wings for that amount of currency. I saw a 102 m atk Evil Wings in the MTS but it seems to have disappeared :[</3 So I'm curious as to what I should be aiming for before I go ahead and rip myself off.

It depends on how fast you plan on leveling up. Or how far. If you plan on 130 soon save up for ele wand 5-6 or 70 maybe elewand 1,2,3. Or Try to find a good Dark Ritual or Kage like I did.

Why not just get 10k more and get one of those elemental wand 1's?

why use evil wings when you can use ele wand 1 or maple wisdom staff X: they are both significantly better

Or an even easier solution would be to invest in a maple wisdom or shine, since it has the added HP bonus without the LUK requirement, plus you'll see them dropping (from monsters, and in price) in two weeks.

What element would I even get if I got an Ele wand? I'm not sure on what I'll be using at level 70 or 80. I don't want to have to stick to using one attack is primarily why I'm not so hot for an Ele wand. @Above : Shine and Wisdom are a lot more expensive BECAUSE they're lukless where I, a low luk, am perfectly fine with the Evil Wings' speed bonus as well as it's lower price.

Get an elemental wand 1. That will last you until 130, no matter what magic attack.
