Where should i gach with 20k with of gacha... i believe that is 25 tix but dont quote me on that. should i gach in NLC mush shrine or Henesys?

sorry to burst your bubble. but i think 20k can only get you 22 gach tickets ( might be wrong, please dont kill me if i am ). but i would either go with hene or mush shrine, i heard that nlc chance of getting good stuff got nerfed. oh, and post results if you want to.
