I have had many 'Sleep paralysis' in the past but do not know what it was. Yesterday I had one and it was terrifying. You can google it if you want with lucid dream Basically you are awake in real but your mind is in a dream/nightmare state so you can see move your head. But yor body is paralyser and it is said a deamon is sitting on your chest to prevent it moving. I tryed shouting but nothing came out and I get diaturbing images all around me and it's very scary and I can't move and when I try escape from the room, sometimes I move in my mind, but i can't go anywhere. It's an endless place to be and you can't run away from your fears - Kim. It is 00:33.

28 hours? put you into sleep paralasys or w/e?. 2+ days will though, ive stayed up over 30 hours and just have been extremely extremely tired Xd but that never happened to me. so its just like being in a lucid dream :D sweet. i had one of the dreams where i was in my bed but paralized is that the samething?

@ Above, I felt dead at school but I was awake throughout so yea. I was alive after 9 ish then now it's midnight an I'm feeling tired. I don't wanna sleep. People in maple fiends guildies merhants and hackers say I might have this thing where I don't sleep cause I just don't feel like sleeping an I merchant all night without feeling tired and not relising the time. I sarted to google and found out some guy died when he was in 'Sleep Paralysis'

Just go and sleep... before you get broken... anyway just try to get through the fear of those nightmares if its lucid then try fighting back and change your thoughts that works for me...

The thing is you get terrified because you can't move and then you get terrifie because you know something ain't right and all your nightmares come true right before your eyes and then it is said it is very effective and looks very real like in life which could cause a distressig night.

I also read it's because of my sleep patterns. I hardly sleep so that's probabily why x= I doubt a doctor could do much but give advice and some pills.
