What's the best build for me if i wanted to do Elders -> Typhons. Also what level should i go to Elders and Typhons?

i went: 70 - 1 Assaulter 71 - 3 chakra 72 - 1 ME 1 MG 1 Bot then max BOT, after that assaulter, MG and now im maxing ME Edit: Forgot. I was at elders from 72-85, then Bot training at typhons and im still there. 99 atm
