Spectrum Goggles and GACH?

Is it true... People say u cannot get spectrum goggles from nlc gach anymore and i was hopeing to get it from there cuz theres no other gach that u can obtain them from. And if its not true then wats the percentage of chance u can get one ?

I've got Spec Goggles from NLC 2 times but that was in patch .75, now i don't know.

They probably do, Nexon wouldn't just remove. Do henesys to be safe. x3 got one in 15 tix.

i got my spectrum goggles from henesys, and nlc rate is nerfed so it drops good stuff less now
