Attacking speed between Red Katana and Sparta?

| RK is 4 frames of animation, Sparta is 5. 115 RK easily outdmg's even a 125 sparta, assuming you're a hero |

| Red Katana is fast(4) and sparta is fast(5). When stripped a 104 RK can match the sparta you are talking about. |
