Jean hair glitch

After spending 55k nx(nx merch'd) on Jean hair in ludibrium, i wondered if Jean was glitched :o Is this true? EDIT: i tried 4more tickets and i got it :P

I got it for my cousin on the first try right after the Evan patch. She had left over NX from the surveys after buying MG, and I decided to use it on a ticket for her, seeing that the Amoria hairstylist gave her the Stella hair. So unless a recent server check did something, or if it's world specific (I'm not even sure if those scenarios are possible), I would say no. You're probably just unlucky. :/
