Why not slingers?

Just wanted to know why not a lot of people make them? As corsairs they have the highest DPM and so many people like this, so why not make it?

1st and 2nd job, you're weak as crap. and in 3rd job you get some of the most boring training of any class in maple, til about 130 or so

I used to sell BF leeches to a good number of Outlaws. Not sure what happened though after wards since most quit at like 90 when I checked back on them. Forgot how to train maybe...? xD

who cares which class have the highest Dpm etc. leave it to the damage hoes, besides i have a slinger, and its fun, kinda...... just need to be patient ^^

Another note: Training is good and all, but if you find yourself bored as an Outlaw you could always go back and knock out many of the quests you passed up as a late level Gunslinger or early level Outlaw with considerable ease. Quests that yield scrolls or marketable items would be particularly handy to finish off.

umm.. just because they have the highest dpm doesnt mean they are fun to everyone, ex: myself

I honestly loved my Sair... 1~120... Once it reached 4th job it kinda killed it for me. I got bored training, having to demount and remount constantly got annoying after awhile, also didn't how they changed being pretty mobile to being horribly slow while in ship. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8pj3jKL-bk Was fun while it lasted though.

IMO 3rd job is hell for both classes but 4th job makes it all worth it!

Personally, I'm at a stand still as to where to train. I can get to lower ascent, but it's a real pain. After training there, mp3 is way slow. but it takes forever to kill at WRs. so I'm stuck at 61 :/

There's also Arans. Once Crit. Rings become available, Arans will have the potential to outdamage Sairs on any number of targets when they get SE and 100+ Combos. Arans are also very fast trainers. xD
