So yea, i got nx(10k) cuz i couldnt use my prepaid card for xbox live. I used 6k on gach(gachapwned) and now i want to use the rest on 2x. the thing is that it lasts for whole 4 hours. I got right off after 2x ended because my neck and fingers started to hurt. So yea how can i create a comfortable environment for myself?

Dude youre a hermit... Like me :D Its like totally easy for us... coz we are ranged and all we needa do is spam L7 and change directions every now and then in an area with high spawn, and use the occasional mana potion ;] I dont see why your fingers would hurt, unless your 4 hours was on stop flashjumping and jumpshotting around... maybe alternate between less aggressive playing styles during your 4 hours as your break. With your neck, i strongly suggest getting a proper chair which decent back support, and make sure the chair is adjusted so that the screen is at eye level when you are sitting down... Dont look up or down on your screen or it will start hurting your neck. I cannot stress the importance of a chair with back support... For me i can usually grind for like 18 hours with no effect... no pains... nothing... but maybe coz i just sit there hold a button and often just turn around and watch TV while holding down that button, or whatever... I dont do it often, but yeah i get reminded by maple every now and then that ive played too long... mostly during holidays. WITHOUT a chair with good backsupport, however, i cant even go 1.5, or 2 hours without getting significant aching in my back and neck. from 18 hours with NO negative effects down to 2 hours with pretty severe effects, i think adequate back support is absolutely imperative for your lasting comfort. P.S ive only done 18 hrs once... or maybe twice, or maybe it was something like 14 hours, iono. Maybe it was 1.4 hours, but i will see you at the lamp post Mr.Tumnus.

The secret is to not think that you are grinding. When you do this, it makes you feel so unmotivated and you want to stop. When you think of other things, though, the grinding just passes by like you sleep. Another thing- don't always move around. Feet on the floor, not crossed, back straight. i know this position may seem uncomfortable at first, but once you are in it for around 20 minutes, you stop thinking about how you are positioned and just grind.

I personally dont use it 4 hours straight, instead I usually go 2 hours. Then I take an hour break and get back on for the last hour of it. For some reason the first 2 hours don't seem to bad and once you get back on the last hour flys by because I know Im getting off as soon as the 2x card ends.

I've once spent 26 hours straight grinding (Was bored, couldn't sleep, so on) It's simple when you got some stuff. 1.) Music, probably the most important thing to keep you busy.. since most MS music is rather... dull... I'll go for Neo City, Crimsonwood Keep, and Leafre's dragon forest BGM but other then that... ew. 2.) Having a tv / play movies on your computer while playing MS in window's mode is good too, if your screen is large enough you can watch the movie while playing MS. I'm not sure but I think DivX will play over the MS screen, so you can have it blocking the very top of the screen and watch a movie while you grind. 3.) Cover up your exp bar while playing, if you pay attention to the exp you're going to get bored quickly. 4.) Talk to friends on MS, It's good to try to find a guild that has both players from the est coast and west coast along with some aussies... with these 3 you got people on pretty much around the talk to. 5.) FOOD <3 have plenty of food, take a 1 minute leave from your computer and have some cookies, or throw something in the oven and turn on the timer to eat.. Despite being on the computer for alot of hours isn't good for your health either I think neglecting food is even worse.. You should be at least eatting something every 3 hours.

Have some music playing and make sure you can talk to someone from time to time. I've neve actually experienced physical pain from grinding 4 hours, except on my aran, then when nearing the 4Hours my hand kindof starts hurting from bashing the control key. On my pirate, however I have lots of different skills to use, so my hands never get sore.

I put on some nice tunes, then I sing my heart out while grinding. Time flies, and it feels like I'm not even grinding at all. Oh, and I have green teas next to my chair so I drink those when my throat gets dry or something.

It helps grinding with a friend. Get a 2x card at the same time as some guildies or something and talk to them (even train with them). And if that doesn't help just realize how much exp you are getting, that usually boosts my spirits.

Well if you're a Die Hard Mapler like me u can go 10 hours in the most uncomfortable Position possible - If ur using a Laptop - Get a bean bag chair and set it on ur bed - Get a Nice laptop desk that can stand up straight - Get a Drink / Small Snack - Get some Music play'ing ( i Suggest not to use HeadPhones as most of the earbud ones get very un-comfurtable Then Go for 1:45 Mins - Take a 15 mins break Now u have 2 hours left - Hit level 200 and be happy ^_^
