Why cant the gms(or nexon) get off their arses?

This D/c hacker keeps d/cing everyone in the FM ch 1. Just now she cleaned the whole fm out. Why cant the GMs(or nexone) realize this is happening?

Has nexon ever listened to us? Im actually not really sure. But, we still have to remember that they DO try (hopefully) and keep this game running for us. Even if they allow access to hackers.
