Where can I "Brawler" grind from 19-30?

Try bubblings then go to subway PQ 25 - 31

SubwayPQ is fast but with a 2x card your better off at scorps or mutae's

Ant tunnel. 2 hours of 2x will get you to 30 easily. The mini-dungeon is the best.

PQ-wise, you could go HPQ-->AriantPQ/KPQ-->Subway PQ. Just pure grinding wise, Pig Beach-->Sandrats/Mushroom Cave/Scorpians/Evil Eyes

Octos Caution falldown until 20 with new weapon go to Ant tunnel mini dungeon do the kill quests and the collet X amount of these drops quests until 25 THEN SSK your way to 30 in the Kerning knock off of PYPQ i recomend ant tunnel>sand rats becuase of quests give potions so you can finish the quest go back get potions for free and continue training Also i recomend getting Slime shoes at 30 before going to Mushroom Kingdom

sand rat minidugeon. Snipe on the 4 platforms until it spawn is slow then clean up the bottom platform. I did this till level 30 o.o since there was no clean up pq thing in kerning.

Do Caution Falling Down and the Zombie Mushroom Mini Dungeon until 25, and then Subway Clean-Up PQ. If you start Subway Clean-Up at 25, you'd be 30 in maybe one and a half hours.

There's plenty of places before 30. I would recommend Scorpion/Sand Rats, Mutae if you can hit those, and of course, Sleepywood Mushroom Mini Dungeon. Oh, and Kradia's not dead before 10 PM PST, so I have no idea what you're talking about.
