Nexon should put an item in the cash shop for like 15k-20k NX that would instantly bring a GM to solve an issue like harassment, hacking, or whatever the issue may be. It is somewhat expensive so it makes you spend it on something worth while, and nexon is making money off of it.. I assume it would be alot.

gms used to be on 24/7 in 06-07, you would always see ppl getting banned and stuff, it is too expensive, maybe 3 or 5 times they come because that is like 17 CAN just to snitch on someone T_T

I don't see anyone seriously doing this besides people with a ton of nx to burn just to nail one hacker. 15k + is way too much for my blood. And honestly, if Nexon gave a damn about customer satisfaction, they should have Gms online 24/7 doing this already for whatever Nexon decides to pay they crappy ass staff. Why should we pay extra to support a department that isn't doing their job well enough? I agree with being able to call out a gm for a hacker, or scammer, or the like, but I don't agree at all with having to pay for something that they should be doing already.
