What do these items do? I can't seem to figure it out or find information on it anywhere. Thanks in advance. Just in case some people don't know, you get boxes from hunting monsters and if you open the box, sometimes they are empty and sometimes you get a yellow butterfly.

I think nexon worded it wrong, you do not get 15 scrolls instead of 10. What i think it means is that you can turn 10% into 15% and 60% into 65% (one scroll at a time). So the most 65% scrolls you can get is 3(not 45... as some people believe)
