How to make to make the best of 75k Nx

As the title says I have 75k MTSable Nx to use. I desperately need money but I also want to upgrade my top, bottom, claw and get a couple ilbis. So my question is this : what should I buy in the MTS for my top and bottom (should i buy scrolled or scroll myself) and what could I MTS to get the maximum amount for my Nx? Also I am a lvl 101 NW with 80 base dexfor the record.

Oh i mean I need a top scrolled for LUK and a bottom scrolled for DEX. I have everything else except for those a decent claw and some stars. I just want to know what I can get.
