I have the materials i think... But where can i make it? I need the one to make red jewel for job advancement

You can make one in Ludi and El Nath. In Ludi, it's the the first map to the left of the town, called Terrace Hall In El Nath, it's to the right side on a higher platform in El Nath Market I'm not 100% sure it's right but pretty sure.

The map in ludi in between the actual town (map named Ludibrium i think) and the map right outside of the eos (correct me if im wrong) tower. The npc is right near the portal that goes into the town part of ludi.
