Question concerning the atk to dex ratio

Heys, I was wondering if for example I were a bowman; would a 2 atk 3 dex pac be the same as another ~11dex cape, and why? Thanks a bunch! EDIT: forgot to put an option where its the same D:

It depends on the level. I think when you get higher you need more WATK to make up for all the Dex you have because ( Dex / Atk = some decimal ) so if you want to know your Dex to Atk (everyones is different) times Atk by that decimak, and that is how much Dex = Atk correct me if I'm wrong.

[/quote] I think youre right because from what Ive heard 1 atk = 3 dex in the lower lvls and 4 in the higher lvls. Concerning your theory, should i do an avg of my atk? Because its a range. And alao whats bothering me concerning that is whether or not there are other factors that come in play when you calculate the damage. Thanks for the help!
