How do u know whether you are banned perm or temp?

None of my chars show up on ranking system and their rank says rookie and it's been 4 days since i havent been able to get into the game. In additon, i checed account info and it didnt say anything about me being banned or when it will lift. but, i can still log in to the account on the site. In additon i can still see my marauder's stuff in the mts. Ive pressed start game, choose my world, double click the ch then i d/c. I logged a ticket but they will probly never reply. can someone help me im really confused here and btw the account has a 135pally, 128am f/p, 104thunder breaker, 100dw, 75marauder, 57aran and 52 evan so im not trying to create a new account...

When you try logging into the game it tells you that you have been blocked Then it says when it expires or if its perma or not

Same thing is happening to me. I click the channel and dc. This is only on one account though.

If youre banned, you can go into the maplestory folder and click "game launcher" thatll let you log in the old way and when u put in your passowrd itll tell u if ur either perma banned or temp banned.

that means you're perm banned
