The link has to be broken because you can't post things from south.perry on Basil. Just remove the [brackets] surrounding the "o". No! Now I'll have to press more than two buttons. And wow! I wonder how that would work since we don't have any SP. Ew! Using MP potions! Gross!

[/quote] Belief is that it would be a quest-based skill that automatically gets 1 point and is maxed at that one point. Just like Monster Rider, Legendary Spirit, and the Weakness skills. What IM thinking is that it'll probably be a set of quests available to each main Victorian town--since each skill is a useful skill available to each of the 4 original jobs. Haste from Thieves, Door from Mages, Sharp Eyes from Bowmen, and Hyper Body from Warriors. So that would make sense. All in good fun of speculation! SP and SW are banned words on Basil Market due to some childish spat between them and Basil at some point in time, If I remember correctly.

Zach read my mind exactly. I also thought that these skills might be available in the later levels, like 70+. I think it would make sense, or at least be fair to the true owners of these skills, that they would become available only after the more important levels -- so the players won't feel obsolete and can still contribute in parties that way they're meant to.

Well beginners have come this far without skills, we will still fare well even if we don't get them. It would be cool if we could get them at lvl 70. Would give us alot more reason to keep going, and make the game more interesting.

There are some Beginners that greatly fear a bandwagon movement to Beginners if Beginners get anything special. Some of us like the beginner community to stay small and close knit, where damage vvhoring is nearly non-existent. But I personally welcome you to make a Beginner~
