Sorry for reposting but... Ok, I was wondering which set-up would give me the most damage for my money. I have about 1b and a 119 sparta (u/h) that I can sell. My other equips: 16/27/15/15 36 Acc Zhelm 17 Acc Mask 14 Att Gloves 2 Att Ring 10 Dex Earrings 13 Speed Shoes 3 Att Belt 5/5/5/5 Dep Star or 5/5/5/5 10/10 MoN 2/2/2/2 Medal 6 Att Pac 25 Str Overall Thanks for your help. Edit: I'm currently dexless, and the 119 (u/h) sparta has become a 123/15 (H). =]

It depends, are you planning to merch enough money to get a decent sparta/carabella/rk and an att shield? If not then go with the stonetooth.

if your looking for most damage as in BIG numbers nibleheim. if your looking for damager per minutes. red katana would be good. i prefer you getting a good shield with weapon atk though and stick to 1 handed + shield.

That's a beastly mask you've got =P. Anyway, I don't think anyone, especially not someone with your kind of funding, should end up with a normal(6) speed weapon as their end game weapon. I mean even a 150 attk Nibbler or Claymore can be beaten by 12x attk Stonetooth if an apple is applied. They just don't have very good end game potential. So now it just leaves it up to whether you prefer 1-handed or 2-handed swords. Doesn't really matter which you choose, both have insane potential.

2H is better when you have more Str so a nicely scrolled ST/NRW would be a good end game weapon.

So a 120+ ST/NRW would outdpm a 14-15 Att Shield and 120-125 1-H (fast5)?

first off, 120 st/nrw are fast(5). if you get 15 atk shield and 120 1 handed(fast5). atk shield and 120 1-H will win.

Well ideally you'd have a say 135-145 1h speed 5 sword and a 20 att shield.

Unless you have the Dex for a ST/NRW go with a 1h sword/shield.

Cost effieciency wise, the ST and NRW give you the highest DPM (and a great balance between speed and power) when compared to all other weapons. The only problem is that both require dex. Many go for the NRW for its lower dex requirement, while others with a higher base dex or more funding go for the ST. If you train/boss with a Buccaneer, the Reverse Nibleheim may turn out ot be your best option. Howerver without a 11+ ST, it is often outdamaged by other options. Reverse Executioner/RK are the two weapons with the highest Solo potential in the game. Their only problem is that they often require a very expensive shield to match or surpass the ST. But with enough funding, these two swords should surpass all other options. Just keep in mind that you will probably spend at least 2bill on the shield alone.

Stick with 1H + Shield. Assuming you're dexless, you'd have to replace your STR overall with a DEX one to wear a ST or a NRW. With 1b, try get a 11x - 12x RK + Attack Shield.

[/quote] He should switch to a Str Top and Dex/Speed bottom anyway. The speed alone will be more beneficial that 30+ str. And 1 bil will not get you a very good shield. A decent shield alone costs 1-2 bill +.
