To complete and finish maplestory you must have -completed all quests (every single one) - Reached the maximum mesos

and you have to kill all the bosses atleast once and go to all the areas possible for your class and complete your selected jobs advancements and attain 200 (or your max level)

Some quests are job-specific. Also add in collect all 5 monster cards for every monster =D

I've completed almost all my completable quests...pshh 200 balrog pqs...I'm good :P And I'm sure most lvl 200s have reached max mesos.
