Optimal Way of obtainining 135 Dex.

Okay, so I want to make a dexless reverse weapon user, meaning I want to GAIN 135dex ontop of base. I want to do this while spending the LEAST amount on my equips, with the greatest rewards (Be the most efficient with the money I spend). I'm going to do such (hopefully) without giving up any equipment that would give me ATT. This includes my WG, PAC, Shoes, Belt, and Glassses (I have ATT versions of all these) I am unsure of whether to go HTP or MoN. I am unsure of whether or not a tree branch/rac mask would be money efficient. I am unsure of how much dex I should be looking at with my overall/earrings... Again, I want to be the MOST efficient, so what kind of equipment would I want to be able to achieve this, while optimising the amount of money I spend?

OMG. let me rephrase what people mean. To become a thief you need 25 dex. unless you can stat reset but i doubt that.

[/quote] lol hm since when i started my sins I talked with some people and Dexless were 25 dex, but luk equips. 25 dex and dex equips were low dex. and anything over 25 dex was dex capped at XX. that's how people defined it back then for sins... the best way to get dex is either try to get a 60 dex overall, dex zhelm, dex earring, and dex/str rings... or sacrifice att for dex... 25 base dex 15 dex earrings 60 dex overal 5 dex mon 51 dex zhelm (perfect scroll with helm dex 10% and ws) 3 dex from aran level 70 ring 2 dex from a str/dex ancient ring 161 dex but that will cos you a lot... you can increase the dex on earrings if you perfect scroll and hammer and perfect scroll more and also by getting the gold emerald earrings that already come with some dex, but it might be cheaper to just get the rings... getting a 4 dex yss and scroll for att can also be a way to get a little more dex... but i'd rather scroll red xmas socks or fs...

I meant any attack on pac/fs My suggestion would be buy a 4/10dex pac, hammer 2x, and scroll to 4/14 Also get 2att fs and scroll it for dex, then chaos and hope for the best

If you're asking how to be "cost efficient" when being a dexless reverse weapon user you're doing it wrong. Unless you have tons and tons of money to spend, it's not going to happen. Just be around 50 base dex and make things easier on yourself. Ps- using a HTP over a MoN in ALL cases (excluding mages) is wrong. Add the extra base dex if need be.

In asking whether (Going to exaggerate this) it'd be more efficient to have a 60dex overall and 5dex earrings or a 15dex earring and 45dex overall, there is a HUGE difference in cost... I know I have enough money to pull it off, I'm just wondering how I should spend such money.

*The following isn't likely to be of much use, but could be food for thought* *Edit* You can outright forget anything I've got here; a maximum of 3*9+5*2 (which is 37 total so far)+clean stats(+black crystals, although getting 95+ dex from other equipment for lvl 80+ gear just isn't happening as far as I can see) even with perfect scrolling just isn't going to cut it. It might not be the best way since you can potentially get more dex from an overall, but it may be worth considering makering the highest level top and bottom you can equip with the dex from your other equipment, since you could start with a fair amount of clean stats (5 dex*2 from the gems in each + whatever they already have clean + potentially even more from dark crystals if you can get 95+ dex from other equipment to allow for level 80 gear and for two gems slots each), even if the scrolling itself adds less dex. The problem is that you'd struggle to get much more dex (or even as much dex) that way than you're already planning on, and it'd probably only be viable for your needs if you could get 95+ dex elsewhere to be able to equip the level 80 set so you could use dark crystals as well, which you'd need to get very lucky with, and getting that amount of dex from other equipment would be hard enough. I thought I'd mention it anyway though; if you could pull it off that way, then you could also get some luk out of it too. Sadly, although I know nothing of the costs involved, I suspect it wouldn't be cost efficient for the dex alone (even if it might be with the luk factored in), and odds are that it's not a viable option anyway since you may need even more dex on the overall than you're already planning on. If you were going low dex instead then this might be worth more thought.
