How to Get the Color Crayons?

So how do you get the color crayons for the Cloud Robe? I thought I'm suppose to talk to Gaga, but he doesn't have any quest available for me. I'm in Ludi by the way, if that matters. Thanks~

basically, u have to wait for a new day for a new crayon. accept quest from cassandra, receive the drawing, go to gaga, receive a pot of flower, keep it for 30 mins, give back to gaga for crayon, open up the pic and drag crayon into the pic. Repeat for a week for different colour
