0 attack Pico-Pico Hammer?

So I found this Pico-Pico Hammer, and I thought it was just an average one that I could maybe get a mil for, but then I looked at it and saw that it had no weapon attack. My first guess was it was chaos scrolled, but then I noticed that it was 7 slots, unscrolled... clean. Is it worth anything? I haven't seen a 0 attack clean weapon before... I got it from this idiot in Henesys who was dropping things btw Oh and for those who think I'm trolling, I'm not

I think it has 1 atk clean or something but very low. And you can just buy it from Showa.

normally it's 1 att and 12 Speed, bought from Showa as said above. If I were in your server, I'd buy that.

Its not worth that much, but you can get a couple of mill. I equipped one and with no other atk items i did 1 each time

But if you buy it from showa it will have 1 atk i have never seen a 0 atk weapon and I wonder how that is possiable? maybe he was killing monsters and it droped. That is the only way I can think of. Pretty rare if ya ask me.....
