Hate my life right now, contemplating suicide.

Knowing me I probably won't go through with it though, I don't have the guts. And I wouldn't want to miss your replies about how I'm so selfish I don't realize how lucky I am for the world. Please tell me stories about how you got over your urges to suicide.

I've never wanted to die. I wouldn't even think about it because of how much it'd hurt my family I couldn't do that to them. edit: Also, mind telling me why you're even considering it?

i always think about suicide. the thing that gets me through is hoping that hopefully someday, i'll find someone out there. my soul mate who makes my life perfect. that's the only reason i go on living. hope it happens soon!

They're ignoring me, and the person I like makes fun of me thinking that I'm joking. I've stopped going out to parties with my friends because I hate all of them. You know... typical teenage crap. I think it is stupid when people say, "STOP, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG!", because it really is pathetic, and it is quite baseless. But I will say this as a fact; "It is your choice to live or die. Neither choice is right or wrong" I used to be suicidal, and that was back in the day when I was struggling with domestic violence and bullying. Life sucked, and it sucked until the government put me in teen temporary residency. I was absolutely convinced that suicide was the only answer, but now, I realize that I don't really know the answer at all. All I know is I was given this opportunity to live on this earth. Considering that I could have been a plant vs a human to a billion to one chance, why not live this life to the fullest? Im not stopping you, nor am I encouraging you. I want you to make your own choice. I decided to live because I want to see what is at the end of my life. And hey, at the end of the day, I am proud to say that I survived major depression, and I survived child abuse. Perhaps if you can survive, you too can take pride in the fact that you survived the horrors of depression, and the face of death.

when you die it's game over. there's no going back. and a lot of people (like me, i admit) think that suicide is the answer to feeling good... but you actually have to be alive to feel relief from your problems.

Others have mental disorders. Sometimes, it is their fault, and at other times, it isn't. You kinda have to come from those backgrounds to understand suicidal thoughts, because it really is serious.

I wanted to kill myself so much that I walked out to the train tracks. I saw a police officer (lots of suicides by kids recently) so I turned back. I'm so glad that guy had been standing there.
