So today i was checking my inbox when i noticed an e-mail which was named IP Ban Appeal I opened it and it was from einquiry@nexon.net , and it said: Greetings, We are pleased to inform you that your appeal to have your IP ban lifted has been approved. Please keep in mind that this IP will still be monitored and pending any further suspicious activity may be subject to an additional ban. Customer Support Team Nexon America, Inc. Nexon Logo, Copyright..... I was very happy, so i went to the maple website and tried logging in, and you are probably already guessing that it said this: This IP/location has been banned for suspicious activity. If this is a public location or if you believe this has occurred in error, please contact Customer Support using this form. I dont know what to do, it has been a long time since i was banned, and everytime it lets me reactivate my account, it gets banned straight after Any help would be appreciated, i really want to keep playing since i am still not over this game.

Log a ticket or send the inquiry a message saying that this so called 'lift' did not happen. Or post around on the Nexon forums. Just a few things. What did you do to have your IP banned? o.o

Happend to me, nexon failed when she applied the IP ban and Starting Game from website

My cousin also plays maplestory and he was here on a weekend and he logeed in to his account... Sigh [/quote] Well, first off, where do you live, and second, if you tried to use a proxy and they found out, there's your reason to get IP banned.

Global MapleStory = United States, Canada, and (I think) Australia. If you live in Europe, you should be on EMS. Mexico, or anywhere south of the U.S. would probably be on Brazil MS. I think the rest is self explanatory. Terms such as "Global" should not be taken literally, especially for MapleStory, since there are region specific versions.
