Message to all "poor" basilers

Hey guys So about 5 hours ago, I had around 30k left. I didn't have enough money for pots, was was pretty much living off of nothing. BUT, I realized that the Evans sweat drops were worth a lot. Now I've never been a merchant before because I always thought it had to do with a bunch of complex stuff. But it turns out much easier than I thought! So I grinded on pigs for about 3 hours and got 200 evan sweat drops. I then sold all of those for 3k each. I know had 600k. Then, I went to KPQ area and bought as many drops as I could for 2k. I went to the FM and managed to sell all of them for 4k each, which turned out to be 1.5 mill. Then rinse and repeat. I then got 3 mill, then I got 5 mill, and in the end I ended up getting close to 10 mill! The whole thing only took 5 hours, and I will probably continue doing it! 30k - 10 mill Keep this in mind basilers, you should make the best of this event while you can, because its not going to be around forever :P It is probably one of the EASIEST ways to get mesos. It may be time consuming, but its worth it in the end!

When I got started, I got 30k from my cousin and I thought I was loaded. After being a lv 122 corsair, I now only have 20m LOL.

Good job topic starter, back when I started up on maple, I also did things of that sort when I needed mesos, that and train at sakuras lol. I think you've got the right idea. And everyone who uses nx strictly to fund themselves, you're doing it wrong. If you're playing a free to play game, that doesn't mean you should be spending your money paying for the game's currency instead. Sure it's not always the fastest way to do it, but you should learn how to make money in-game, and it doesn't have to be scamming and ripping off people as much as you can. Merchanting can look like a big overwhelming thing at first, and seem to be more trouble than it's worth, but if you stick with it and learn from your mistakes, you'll be self-sufficient for potions and such, as well as upgrading your equipment. Heck I even paid in mesos for my nx clothes (by buying a couple of chaoses and mtsing them before all of this glitching business).

people people, this guy's just trying to get started and learn how to mech soo cut him some slack. Considering he just started on maple im surprised he knows how to use Basil. When i was a weeee lil noob i had nothing to start with and i didnt start on basil until 1-2yrs after i got into maple lol. PoseidonsWar, ur lucky u started on the Evan event ! remember, u can also make money off of the 1hr log on event if u get a horn. In Broa, u can sell ur horn at the FM entrance ranging from 500k to 3mil or even more(idk wat the prices r in Khani >.<) Also keep in mind that there are scammers soo when u trade make sure ur trading the RIGHT item for the RIGHT amt of mesos and stuff like that.

[/quote] really... 50m is poor? wow i must be doing something wrong xD i got 4-5mil right now and to be honest i never considered that to be poor IMO if you can afford pots for training that's rich enough. Edit: aslo thanks thread starter for the tip =) but i just made myself a evan and im trying to collect these drops =p
