Why do high leveled players think they're important?

Why do high lvl (160+) people think they're soooo important? I was telling my friend in guild chat that I was gonna buy the Secret Spell Scroll (for 4th job) because I had been hunting for a manon for about 2 hours and only found one that didn't drop the pendant. The 16x guild leader says "ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww buying it is for noobs" I said "well, you could help me find it instead of complaining" He then says "i'm not complaining, even if i was you should really watch who you're talking to..." <- LOL@e-threat I just replied "lol? who the f*** do you think you are?" and immediately left the guild >_> So really, why do people think that being high leveled in a game makes them important?

I think 70+ is a high level. ._. I've never gotten past 66.

B3CLlZ W3 4R3 (JK) not all high levels are like that dude... Some people have no social lives, no friends, they haven nothing else to do, maple keeps them happy, it's the only thing they got, that's y they act like that (im disappointed you didn't answer this thread yourself) Another point of view- Say you hit 161, would u consider yourself important?

I've never gotten the chance to ask a level 200 person that directly and couldn't avoid the chance.

I've been playing for a couple of years actually I don't blame you if you don't believe me (it's k XD- I really like nl's)

Well, I actually think I'm un-important. Anyways, hunting for the items aren't noob, it just takes a while. While buying it saves time, but loses money. Either way, you get to advance. Grats on 120 btw.

Because most of them are 10 year olds that actually spent time to play such a game to it's potential, no longer playing it for fun, but more-over for attention. Enough stereotyping. Anyways, most of them are self absorbed. I wouldn't bother, since the majority don't take the time to think for anyone else. Depends on who you meet though. I know quite a few who are different.

Well I made an aran wen it came out (89 now in deme- 0SacredAran0 -ign) and i havent made a class since then, but i tend to reserve igns BTW- I plan on getting it to 150 then stop, cuz im going to high school next year and im planning on taking 2 AP courses in this year, and some other stuff

I think the guy said that because he is guild leader, not because he is a high level. Nonetheless, a level 160+ shouldn't get more respect than a level 1 in this game because really, sitting in front of a computer and spamming a button is not such a respectable achievement.
