Today I come across BasilMarket to express the frustration I have just experienced regarding Nexon's Payment System, which, now I am pretty sure of, is just poor. We all recently complained due to Evan's Skill Books costing users NX. Whoever with a little bit of experience into marketing can tell that when such things happens, it is mostly because the company are experiencing money issues and they need supplement to keep living the way they live. While playing MapleStory, more than 50% of the peoples you'll cross will be wearing NX. Which is not making us assume they bought it.. they might got it gifted off a friend or something.. but either way this NX is coming from somewhere, but why, after all this NX bought, Nexon still has issue? I found out why. I used to buy NX on a regular basis, actually I bought NX about 5 or 6 times. My favorite payment method is Paypal, for the following reason ; -Everything I deal on the internet is related to my paypal account (eBay, Chess, WoW Subscription etc.) -I live in small village with no General Store such as WalMart, SevenEleven or anything like this. -Paypal allow me to either use my Credit Card, Bank Account or money remaining from other payments I've done or received. -It is quick! Fortunately, Nexon is offering a Paypal Method to buy NX. Which, as I specified already, I have used few times already! Today I was planning to gift a friend a VIP Haircut (because he had bad idea to go EXP at Kerning). I decided to use my Credit Card to complete the transaction this time, instead of my Paypal Fund. For some reasons I can't explain.. Nexon's Validation Process NEVER accepted my payment. I was returned to the following error. "This transaction has been determined as high risk causing the verification process to fail. Please ensure that your paypal billing information is correct and no methods are being used to misrepresent your billing location." I messed about 2 hours around my Paypal Account, trying different Billing Address, trying to log in/log out, searching through Nexon's Account Info Page for my actual Billing Address on Nexon's Side (Account Information page my a... you can only change your password). And it's not as if it was my first transaction ever.. I mean, the Billing Address I did put is the same that I used last time, the time before, another time before, 2 months ago etc etc .. I truely don't know why Nexon has decided that my Billing Address sudendly became HIGH RISK. I can't explain the frustration I am feeling regarding Nexon for this. I mean, they should definitely spend less time making up stupid Password System like "PIN Code" or "Change your password every 3 months". These systems are making more trouble than they solve. If kids are stupid enough to give out their password, I hope the hacker will transact all their NX, will load $500 of NX and mess up their life forever, this way they will remember to never give their password out to random peoples on the internet. That little unsafe transaction thing has to do with the address you entered on your Paypal and your CC. I tried with a debit card that my dad's friend bought me from another state once, and instead of the address listed to the card, I had to use my home address.

This is so bias. How do you know this happens to EVERYONE? Nexon does this to make money. A successful company can still make "money schemes." It's not like if you're a rich money, you aren't allowed to think up of plans to make more.. Geesh. And even if you were right about Nexon needing extra money, it'd probably be because of the economy.
