Netflix Trial NX Problem?

I really don't know where to post this. I can't find anyplace appropriate here or the official forums. I signed up for the trial for netflix to get 20k NX and I didn't get it. It doesn't even show up as me looking at and attempting the offer. Does anyone know why it did this or how it can be fixed? If I cancel the membership I won't be able to retry because I already would have been a member.

When i did the netflix trial i signed up and everything and then they started taking money out of my bank, but i got the NX. I thought i was screwed but it took a while to register. They also gave me my money back.

I took that offer a couple days ago. According to Nexon they should have taken note of the transaction and charged in "less than an hour" but it took ~6 hours before it went through. Hopefully all you need to do is be patient.

::edit:: They saw that I attempted the offer. It doesn't say complete yet, and it's been over 5 hours. Someone told me the DVD has to arrive at my house before that will happen? :s I dunno how it works.

when i was looking at that offer it said you have to have 1 dvd arrive in the mail

What worked for me was putting a DVD in your mail queue and then cancelling it if you dont really want it. Maybe it was a coincidence, but as soon as i picked out a DVD (And I didnt have it mailed) I got my 18k nx

This happend to me too, watch a few online videos on netflix and put stuff in your queue. And im guessing you did it through the Gamecoins one, whcih by tomorrow will let you click on the offer and report a problem. Which then you just email them saying you never got your points. I even submitted a ticket to nexon, but i doubt that helped anyways.

Well it is free. You can cancel the trial eventually without having any repercussions.
