Dear Maplers, Ambush of the (returned) golden pigs! Collect the required letters to activate the compass, and when the right time arrives you will be moved to the premium event map for a special hunt session of golden pigs with luring rewards! Two little changes from the previous method: - Compass will be dropped by monsters and need to be collected - no auto quest! - Reward EXP will be dropped directly from the golden pig in the premium field! When: Friday, April 16, 2010 ~ Friday, April 30, 2010 Premium Field: Gold Richie is only accessible from 7 pm through 9 pm CET, every day during the event period. Make sure that you're in game around that time of the day! Happy Mapling! Nearly every pig drops 2 cards. For me 3k exp at lvl 72!

So far, this is a pretty sweet event, and I'm glad it doesn't appear to be bugged for a lot of people, like it was last time. I think it'll be a nice boost for those who are going for the Perfect Pitch bandana or Chaos Scrolls (the changed distribution of Pitches will also help!). Collect letters while grinding, and use letters for extra exp and freebie pots from 7-9pm - got no complaints about that! =) One thing really amuses me, though - the previous Richie's Golden Pigs event came out when my other EMS Priest was lvl 81 and planning to do Magatia PQ for the Horus' Eye. (My pllans to MPQ were abandoned in favor of levelling up.) 2-3 weeks ago, I decided that Perfect Pitch and the prospect of the bandana was the incentive I needed to start over with a lukless Priest - and yes, you guessed it! Lvl 81, planning to MPQ, and along comes Golden Richie and his pigs again!

I'm lovin' this event! :D I'm levelling my gunslinger to 58 for that chaos scroll, and so far I got from 37-40 in about 30 mins. Looking forward to tomorrow's event, as I've stocked up on letters! >D
