What is the time span in which evans can be created? 3 weeks?

You're thinking of dual blades. Evans are permanent, but dual blades can only be made within a certain time limit, I think 2 months. The only thing that's temporary about evans is the dragon glasses.

[/quote] -_- You can get the glasses in only a set period of time. The glasses themselves are permanent. The period for getting them is not. Kinda like the aran rings. I thought people would be smart enough to figure that out on their own. Guess not. Why can't people figure these tiny things out on their own? Look at the freaking item. It has no expiration date.
