My problem involving Permanent Ban and Temporary Ban

yesterday after the server check i discovered my account was permanently banned or so i think. My characters dont show up one the website, i can log on to the nexon website with that account but my rank says rookie, and when i press start game it says "try logging in from the nexon website." This happened (i believe) because there was a hacker at malaysia the 3rd map with the Froscola's and the clown scarlions (w/e they're called) and a hacker cced as soon as i got there. i got a hold of their ign so i followed them to report them, as i cced i saw a buccanear and i was like "hey i guess you saw him too" she was killing a couple monsters, sat on the rope for approximately 15 seconds (enough time to report someone) and then cced. I continuously saw her ccing im guessing to search for hackers. First of all, i would restart but i made a 135 paladin, 128 arch mage, 104 thunder breaker, 100 Dawn Warrior, 75 Marauder, 57 aran, and 52 evan and spent money on nx so it would be a COMPLETE pain in the ass to start ALL that over. Second of all, i havent been involved in any sort of hacking and ive played for plenty of time without problems with nexon so i have no idea why this happened most likely a misunderstanding (knowing nexon not a surprise) and i logged a ticket already yesterday but of course they DONT CARE. so i was wondering, as a paying customer, (not like it matters since there are millions of other kids who steal mom and dad's credit card) what my chances are of actually lifting the, what i believe to be, permanent ban. And please clerify if it is a permanent ban. And also if there is any way to ensure that ill have even a .000001% chance of getting my account back could you please share that as well thanks.

my 131 arch mage and 115 hermit (both seperate accounts) were rank banned last year and when i tried logging in to them this year the accounts were deleted. idk what happened but my ticket which i sent about 3 months ago still hasnt been replied to. i also was hacker hunting, but GM thought i was leeching or something and rank banned me. IDK why those 2 got perma banned but its a pain getting up to 4th job again.

im not sure why u dont know if ur perma banned or not the only message ur getting is try logging in from website? and ur char is not on rankings? ~is that rite? i know i got the "try logging in from website" message, and the fix is go into browser, tools, internet options, and clear browser history i found this fix on-line, and i dont know y it works, but it did for me if ur banned it tells u straight out ur banned

now when i press start game i go to the main screen, i press broa, choose my ch, and i get disconnected. It doesnt show me on ranks but it says my rank is rookie so im guessing im banned... any other solutions? o.o

like seriously nexon needs to check themselves because i didnt do anything and the REAL hackers are running around like perky little girls >.>

My first account ever that I suceeded in MS, got perm banned because it got hacked and guess the hacker used some hack to get me perm ban. And, here I am starting over again..

so it just doesnt tell you you're banned? thats pretty stupid cause someone told me it's supposed to tell you like when you log in?
