Nexon says I owe them 60 dollars

For some weird reason nexon says that I owe them $60 for something I did on feburary 23. I emailed them asking why I was banned and they replied with this: Greetings, Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Billing Department. Our records show that on February 23, 2010, there were two transactions that were temporarily held by Paypal. Since this matter was not resolved in time, the funds for those transactions were reversed back to you. To reinstate your account, you will need to payback the amount that is owed. Here are the two transactions: 0L514464V1010832V ...$30.00 45T15264DJ827943M ...$30.00 The total amount owed is $60.00 U.S. dollars. To payback what you owe, you will have to purchase $60.00 dollars worth of NX Prepaid Cards or use PaybyCash and redeem the NX into your account. Once you have redeemed the NX, reply to this email so that we can verify it and begin deducting the NX. Only then can we reinstate your account. --Nexon America Billing Department And the stupid thing about this is that I dont even have a Paypal account... What does your NX transaction log look like? Did you suddenly find yourself with 60k NX and spent it wildly, not realizing it was some sort of error? I can't help but feel there's a bit more to this story, like some sort of attempted fraud/scheme to get NX. But I would imagine that the transaction log (both purchases and uses) would be interesting- you should post that to get a better analysis of the situation.
