The maple TV just displayed a message from a player. When was this implemented?

Maple tv was always useless, it lags, it takes up space, it shows mostly the same things over and over again. I want the little house in henesys again. On topic: This is just an nx items players can use.

Use the thingy in the cash shop it's like "Maple TV mega phone" or when you use the three megaphone it goes to your world twice on your cahnnel and on the maple tv for 60 seconds.
