Reg henesys hair coupon

I bought 11 Cash shop surprise boxes a while ago, and I got henesys Reg hair coupon and some other reg coupons, so I decided to use it up on my merch char, though when I went to henesys I couldnt use the coupon and noticed that there isnt any henesys reg -.-" anyways has anyone else gotten this unuseable coupon?

Check and see if it's actually the hair coupon and not something silly like that hair COLOR coupon (I've made that mistake >.>)

Im pretty sure that reg also means exp hair. I could be wrong though so correct me if I am.

Well, I tried exp, but it didnt work, and im 100% sure that it's haircut coupon and not hair color coupon lol xP

Maybe you're talking to the Wrong Haircutter at Henesys? I think I've seen REG before but I can't check right now.

I think EXP and VIP are 2 different persons so you may have been talking to the VIP one.
