Fastest leveling character that reaches 200?

Hey guys what is the fastest leveling character in which i can reach 200 or just 120 the fastest? Plz help!

In fact, Genesis is barely better on holy-weak ice/fire-neutral monsters... And does faster leveling from 30-120 really make up for slower leveling from 120-200? I'll admit F/P would win if you assume they have a HS mule... but can we really assume that?
