When I get to level 40, should I Pyramid PQ using somersault kick or just stick to CPQing?

Try Pyramid PQ and see if you can easily get an S rank. If you can, do Pyramid PQ.

Is there anywhere to use invisible shot with? Since I don't have max SK.

PPQ is boring like **** and i'm a blaze wiz so i just use fire pillar...even though really good exp for me and that's how i hatched my mima egg i think u should go to CPQ2 because it's more fun and more exp sometimes...

If you do NOT have SSK, don't PyPQ. CPQ is not a good option either I'm afraid. Here's what I did. I partied with a lv45+ BW/Aran/Warrior and just TWed. My partner did absolutely everything and I just sat in a chair. Got to lv 44 and went to MP3 after.

You don't need max SK to PPQ, as far as I know.
YumAlfredo : Really hard to do PyPQ without a mobbing skill.
Adding to that so I can tell whether I can PyPQ on my Gunslinger: Is a lv 11 SSK any good at all for PyPQ? Assuming that TS went for max Bullet Time and leaving SSK at 11, which only hits 3 monsters (rather than the maxed 6)?
