Most people in Galacia dont buy Specs anymore other then the looks, they just make evans. See them in FM but never sold.

[/quote] I pretty sure you cant xfer chars from New servers. I know you cant xfer into a New Server but not sure about out, same rules should apply. And if you have 25k NX to use on transfer how do you not have funds? Can easily sell NX or buy gold.
