My dad just walked past my room and yelled at me to start doing my homework so that I don't flunk. Unless all my grades dropped to Fs since yesterday without me knowing about it, I'm on track to graduate. My parents have pretty much always been that "supportive" and I can't wait until June 12th so I can get the hell out of this crap-shack.

Tough love. Your parents just don't want to see you becoming a hobo in the streets. They want you to become successful so you can support your future family. You do want to live a good life right? If you do, I suggest you start appreciating the things they do for you, and looking past their outward strictness towards you.
